Resetting your password

Step 1: The "Forgot Password" Link.

• Click on "Forgot Password" and enter the email address that is associated with your account. This would be the same email address that you used to sign up for the service. 
  
• Click on "Continue" and a confirmation pop-up will be shown to notify you that an email with a reset link has been sent to you. 
  

Step 2: Create your new password.

1. Open the email that was sent to you and click on the button labeled "Reset Your Password" and follow the instructions to create your new password. 
   

TIP: 
Remember to use a strong password to make sure your account stays secure. Strong passwords include a combination of numbers, lowercase & uppercase letters, special characters and symbols that is at least 8 (but 13 is best) characters long.

Step 3: Sign in with your new password.

• Return to the main login screen, after changing your password. The URL is https://portal.callvellux.com/. 
• Enter your email address and newly created password to log back into your account. 
  
• You should now be able to access your account. Be sure to save your password in a safe place. A password manager such as 1Password or Bitwarden is perfect for this.
